Brazil-021 Jiu-Jitsu offers classes for adults of all ages. We offer a proven curriculum that will engage and teach any student of any level of ability the fundamentals and principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you are looking for a fun new hobby, or get in shape, or even compete, Brazil-021 can offer world-class training tuned to your personal needs.

ADVANCED CLASS

The advanced class is a higher intensity class with more time for practice and for sparring. I is also where the students start to develop their game, where they learn more about the rules have a better understanding about the the art of Jiu-Jitsu overall. Basically applying the techniques from the drilling practice in a live situation of sparring. 

This class could be either with the Kimono (GI) or without the Kimono or (NO-GI), for all those classes THE BRAZIL-021 UNIFORM IS REQUIRED AND MANDATORY.

*To participate you must be at least a white belt three stripes and above.*
